Stakeholder engagement planning: undertaking stakeholder analyses, assessing engagement risks, determining engagement objectives, designing fit-for-purpose stakeholder engagement plans.

Facilitating conversations: meeting with stakeholders on behalf of the client or supporting the client in their stakeholder meetings, planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops.

Traditional Owner engagement: partnering respectfully and meaningfully with Traditional Owners, advising the client on culturally appropriate engagement processes, developing tailored communication materials for Traditional Owner audiences.

Strategic communications: identifying key messages for target audiences, developing clear, concise project materials such as discussion papers, fact sheets, social media content, media releases and web content. Translating technical subject matter into engaging, easy-to-understand content.

Public engagement: designing and delivering public engagement processes, developing web content for Engage.Vic or other platforms, facilitating community engagement forums (online and in-person), moderating online forums.

Engagement reporting and analysis: creating succinct reports detailing the outcomes of engagement and identifying / analysing key themes from engagement.

Water policy: provision of specialist advice in water sector policy and decision-making frameworks, identifying where policies are no longer fit for purpose, analysing policy options and designing forward-thinking policy directions to support improved outcomes.
